Welcome to GulfCoast Accountable Care Network
Your healthcare Provider is participating in a Medicare Accountable Care Organization (ACO) program. An ACO is a group of doctors, hospitals, and health care providers working together with Medicare to give improved service and care to Medicare Fee-for-Service beneficiaries.
The goals of the ACO program are:
- Promoting accountability for the care of Medicare Fee-for-Service beneficiaries
- Coordinating care for all services provided under Medicare Fee-for-Service
- Investing in infrastructure and redesigned care processes
This ACO is only for Fee-for-Service (FFS) Medicare beneficiaries and not Medicare Advantage based beneficiaries. If you have any questions or concerns, you can call us at 844-524-4400 or bring it up next time you’re in your doctor’s office. You can also visit the ACO section of www.Medicare.gov or call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227). Just let the operator know you are requesting information about ACOs. (TTY users should call 1-877-486-2048.)
